RECOMMENDATION:

Bartek Pulcyn:
A classic family comedy featuring one of Robin Williams’s finest performances as a divorced father fighting (through extremely unconventional methods) for contact with his own children.
An original blend of slapstick comedy with a moving story about the trauma of parental divorce. Behind the camera is a master of cinema for young audiences – Chris Columbus – creator of such hits as Home Alone, Home Alone 2: Lost in New York, Nine Months, Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone, and Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets.
DESCRIPTION:
Daniel Hillard (Robin Williams) is a television creator and divorced father. Defying an unfair family court ruling, he longs to spend more time with his children. He goes about it in a very unconventional way – he disguises himself as an elderly Scottish nanny named Euphegenia Doubtfire and gets hired by his ex-wife as a caretaker. Thanks to brilliant makeup, he manages to conceal his true identity for a remarkably long time.
